Due to the bespoke and luxury nature of custom sofas, dining sets, and fine wooden crafts, returns are subject to strict quality assessments. Furniture items cannot be returned once assembly seals are broken. Smaller items must be returned in original, untouched packaging within 7 days of delivery.
